Bad Customer service

I went in store today and a cashier by the name Noxolo was assisting me... And according to her she greeted me and I didn't hear her... So she became so rude and said "here we greet I don't know about where u come from." after that she just showed me the system after I apologized. And I didn't like it maybe she should be taught to talk/deal with customers
