Bad customer service!
I bought a jersey at Mr Price last week. Today I went to Mr Price East Rand Mall to exchange as it is big. Snowy Mufandelane refused to take it telling me it has a bit of perfume smell. I bought the jersey, still has a price tag & slip & she refused for me to exchange. Does one have to go bath & remove all lotions & perfume before trying out Mr Price clothes!
