Bad customer service !!!

I tried placing an online order. It gave me an error and i clicked on the need help button and talked to an agent. the agent couldnt assisted me and gave me accounts department number which was actually Fedx number when i dialed the number. Totally bad customer service from MRP. SHOCKING !!!!!!!
