Bad customer service

Was in Mitchells plain looking for a shirt dress they helped me check stores with my size and told me Canal Walk has about 14 dresses in stock 16.11.22, woke up 17.11.22 checked online to see stock again it showed that Canal Walk has stock, I went there only to be told that the dress must still be in stockroom because they also don’t know where it might be as they also checked and saw that they have 14 dresses in stock…like that was it nothing else was just asked if I want to buy the big size 😡, im beyond amused with their service yerrrr
