BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to know what approach Mr Price has with regards to Customer Service?!

I canceled financial services on my account card at Promenade Mall MR PRICE just to realize that it wasn't canceled and of course I was being billed for it. I queried this with the lady that deals with the accounts which she then promised to get the job done. She said she was going to get the cancellation documents and sent it to head office, and I requested that she makes copies of the cancellation documents for me. SHE DID NOT DO IT. I went the second time to her to remind her to get the job done. SHE STILL DID NOT DO IT. I called the store several times but no one answers their phone. I called customer service and explained the situation, the agent tried putting me through directly to the manager but that was unsuccessful. She took down my details for the manager to contact me back but that did not happen.

I think that MR PRICE should not only focus on getting the latest fashion trends but invest in getting the latest Customer Service Approach Methods. I will be closing my account completely.
