Bad customer service

On the 25th of January which was on a Friday .I went to Mr Price Protea Gardens mall to go purchase a pair of Chinos and as I was trying on the Chinos in the fitting room I spotted a factory fault on the garment which made me return it immediately and as I got to the POS the lady who was on duty at the time of the exchange was very rude and demanded a price tag which I had left in the fitting room .She insisted for a price tag and said would not assist me until I found the price tag that was in the fitting room regardless of the issue of the price tag ,she also did not want to attend to the factory fault that iI had spotted on the chino pants . Because the Chinos had no price tag .I suggested I get a price tag from the other chino pants that were on the sales floor .The lady still insisted that I go and look for the price tag that was on the damaged garment .In that argument of the price tag a short lady interfered and claimed to be a store manager .She suggested that the lady on the POS should not proceed with the exchange of goods .She said that the codes of the chino pants are not the same therefore they cannot assist me . They still insisted I get the price tag in the fitting room which was also time consuming .I dearly asked for a refund because I was not assisted and was treated in a forsaken manner .The lady at the POS tried to shift the blame on me by telling me how rude I was at that time I was not even refunded my money at the same time. Then the MR Price male employee interfered by asking what was the matter and as upset I was I told him that I cannot discuss anything with him . He then told me that whatever the store manager and the POS operator are telling me is the store policy and I should go and fetch the price tag before they would not proceed with the exchange and at that time of the incident, they had already embarrassed me in front of other customers who were shopping inside the store .The male employee and the POS operator commanded that it's either I fetch the price tag or I exit the store .I then told the male employee that he had no right to make any kind of command towards me . He then threatened to deal with me aside . Then the store manager took a clip on hanger and started poking me with it on my chest and face in front of her colleagues and customers who were inside the store at that time of the incident . As I was in a loud argument with the store manager about poking me with a clip on hanger the male employee who threatened to deal with me aside actually lost his temper and assaulted me by pushing me in front of his manager telling me that I should exit the store . I told him that I cannot leave the store without my refund or the exchange . I only got my refund when the centre management security came to the store which made feel intimidated and unsafe because I was attacked by the MR Price employees and I was treated like a shoplifter and a aggressive human being . After telling the store manager I would take legal actions against them, she proudly said that her boss whom is the area manager would back her up . Then there was one lady who had no name tag nor had MR Price identification uniform whom threatened to also get me outside . At this point I was scared for my life the threats that were being issued towards me. So the center management security had to escort me outside the store as if I was a ***** . And the POS operator said it's best I leave the store before she does something she will regret .
