Bad customer service

Such a rude staff member😏😏😏You would swear that one of the most important requirements of working there is being rude ,or maybe during an interview they ask if you are rude.So this lady's approach at mr price was the worst ,she approached us and said to my daughter "maoto a gago a vuil" meaning that my daughter's feet are dirty to try on shoes i mean did she not have a more polite approach like "can I offer you something to use to try on the shoes" she was rude you can not say to a person their feet are dirty .It was not for the first i received a bad service from the very same store ,they are very rude period!!!
