bad customer service

Good day,

I'd like to lay a complaint against a staff member at Mr P Woodmead.

I went on Saturday with my sister and my friend to get a few items and I must say that Cathrine ruined my sister's birthday.

Ok, so we obviously tried a few items and took back whatever that wasn't fitting and on our way to the tills my friend saw a shirt she liked and because we have been to the store for quite a while I was tired of going to the fitting room and back and told her to rather try the shirt right there and there.

She pulled in her one hand and before we knew it the bully came..passed us by and said we don't fit clothes on the floor and that there was a fitting room, mind you she wasn't addressing us (she told her colleague to GUARD us...like we were going to *****) ...she just said that passing and looking the other way but I heard her and told my friend to go to the fitting room anyway.

We paid and when going out I decided to have a chat with her about her behavior (I felt she could've confronted us nicely) because I saw her at the door and I must say that was the biggest mistake of my life. She sweared at us and I asked her why she was now screaming at the top of her lungs at me and looked like she was ready for a fight....she told me that if we were to fight I wasn't going to live to tell the tale.

She pointed fingers and was speaking to my face. When I asked to speak to her manager she pointed to the direction of where the manager was and I walked up to her. I told the manager (Cate) what was happening and she didn't even give a damn about the fact that her two managers were there...she continued swearing at me in sepedi telling me I was crazy.

I was translating to Cate (the Indian store manager) everything that Catherine was saying and it looked like she was scared of her because not even once did she reprimand her about her behaviour. She told me I was crazy and immediately walked out of the door leaving us shocked at the door.

She does't belong in customer service at all and I must says that for as long as she's still working at Mr Price I will never set my foot there as I'm very scared of her. She walked out to Mr Price Home and as we were walking to my car we watched our back because I was scared she was going to follow us and do God know what. I have never seen anyone treating customer's in that manner.

Cate told me that she doesn't work for Mr P and that she works for Isikhati Company which I found to be an excuse because I found her at Mr P. I want that lady and the manager to arrange a meeting with me and plan a way forward regarding this lady.
