Bad customer service

I was buying this maroon sleeveless jacket from Mr Price Boulders size XL and it was the last one of its kind in the shop. I realised that it had a factory defect on the shoulder with stiches out. I ask one of the shop personnel, if they have another or they can give me that one at discount since I want it. They told me they can sell it, I asked for the manager and they refused to call the manager, instead they said they 'll check for me as to which other store has it. They checked and said there is one at Sandton city mall I must get it there. I drove to Sandton city mall and I got there only to find that they don't have it, they only have size small. I drove there and wasted time and petrol, for nothing. SKU: ********** 042003
