Bad customer service

I have just made a visit to the Mr Price at Atterbury Value Mart. I had 4 items to purchase. When I got to the till and wanted to pay with my husband's account card, they cashier just said "you can't buy with your husband's account card" I told her that my husband was in the car with my 2yr old asleep. She called the manager named Portia and spoke in their language and the manager then just said no your husband must sign. I told her the exact same and she just said "I don't care, he must come sign". My problem is not regarding the account and who's name it is in, but the fact that the store is so in consistent as I just purchased goods there last week on the very same account without my husbands precense. Besides that the staff were quite rude .
