Bad Customer Service

I ordered online through Mr Price. And paid for my order. Which I did forward my POP and also did have my reference numbers when I made the EFT payment. This morning on the 23rd of December I receive an email that my order has been shipped at 13th 11pm no where did the email state half of my order has been shipped and the other out of stock. At exactly 16:28 I receive an email from one of the consultants by the name of Delisha Aroomoogam that half of my order is no longer available, so they will refund me with a voucher. This is really bad customer service, how can I get an email confirming my order is shipped then hours later I get an email from a consultant stating that my other half of the order is no longer available. This is not the first time this happens to me with Mr Price Clothes online. But thus time around I was really angry as the last time I didn't receive an email stating my order has been shipped. The service at Mr Price just keeps deteriorating. I will not be treated thus unfairly as if I am not paying for my orders. The best thing that Mr Price consultant could do is to advise me that she will search for where the item is available and ship it to my store of choice or ask that store to put it aside for me and i will come get it. Like what a consultant from Mr Price Home once did for me, Mr Price Clothes online could learn a few customer treatment from Mr Price Home online. I would like to have my item, and I don't think it is right to be told that my order is being shipped but hours later to be told its not available and we will give you a voucher. I do not want the voucher nor the money, I want my order, that's it. I want this to be sorted, as this is not the manner to treat a customer.
