BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

On the 26th of April I went into Mr Price Festival Mall Kempton Park, where I was insulted by one of the staff members who accused my nephew for removing the size stickers off one of the sweaters I was browsing through, the approach was so rude, secondly you do not speak to customers as if they are your buddies if you not keen on speaking to them, the child found the size sticker lying on the floor picked it up and stuck it on of the shelves she was so aggressive even terrified a 3 year old boy who barely knows anything about what had just happened, she insulted me swore at me and when I asked for the manager she said she's the manager and I can take her name down nothing will happen to her Shaz is her name, as I was trying to fit the sweater she asked me to use the fitting room so fine if that's their policies I am okay with that because I thought it's just a sweater it wouldn't hurt trying it on right on the spot people do it all the time...

Eventually spoke to John the Manager of the store he said he'll address the matter and get back to me and 3 days later no call from him all I see is a company that doesn't care about their customers, employees get away with everything even after disrespecting a paying customer I hate this store and I need feedback ASAP or I am going further with this until I get my feedback no one deserves bad treatment.
