Bad customer service

Customer service at MR Price Eloff street in Johannesburg was so poor, I am so much disappointed with their service. I am a regular customer of Mr Price but at this moment I am even considering closing my account with them. Firstly their cashiers were not wearing their name badges, the queue was very long with one cashier working while others were just chatting with the manage and when I try to purchase with my account they requested my ID and I told them I don't have it, I have my drivers licenses they said they don't want my license then when another cashier try to assist me another guy who said he was the manager told me that they are offline they cant assist me but other customers were assisted. Their manager was just standing without interfering. The manager's name is Neo. Can this matter be dealt with accordingly.
