Bad customer service

Im currently at your sam ntuli mall branch and and only 1 cashier is working. The queue is very long and no one seems to be interested in opening other tills as one of your customers I don't expect to be in a shop for 30mins while people are just roaming around and you not sure what they are doing. I work with clients so expect the same service I give when I walk into a store. I'm not happy at all with the service at all.
