Bad customer service

Mr price mimosa mall in Bloemfontein. Bought a white shirt and when I got home decided I dont want it anymore. The staff refused to take it back claiming that it had been worn and that describes it as damanged. The top still had a price tag and No stains expect a black line on the neck which was there even when I bought it. She refused to tell me her name. I left the top there in the shop.
