Bad customer service

<p>I have been to Mr Price in Thabo Sehume (formerly known as Andries Street) in Pretoria, and in so many occasions I have been receiving the worst customer service. The shop is usually a mess and finding clothing items is usually a hassel, that can be excused since the store is always busy, but in that mess there should be someone who is always willing and ready assist customers. I always can't seem to find what I see on online in the stores, so I ask for assistance and each time the assistants also rudely say that the clothing item is either not in stock or has never been in stock. Again, for the third time, as I was trying to find a replacement I find the clothing item that i initially came looking for, the very same item that is either out of stock or never was in stock. I don't know if they are just too lazy to help look for the clothing item or if assisting customers is not part of their descriptions. I have worked in retailing and I know that it is tiring, but that is no excuse to look down on customers. I hope that issue can be addressed and improved on.</p>
