Bad customer service

<p>I bought a item at East rand mall , wanted to do a refund here by secunda mall,didn't have a slip I was told that they can't help me as I need to drive to East rand mall to get a copy of the slip. </p> <p>I also asked to see the store manager and she told me that there isn't anything she could do. As I have to go there and refund that side as they have a copy of my slip. </p>
