bad customer service

Hi I was at Mr price birch Arces mall the treatment I received there was very bad it is as if they were never taught customer service I went there to buy shoes for my toddler when i got at the shoe department there were only small sizes so i went to the stuff member near i waved at her and she just stared i went to the other on she told me that the shoe department is not hers i went to another one who told me she didn't know and then she took me to right person who then told me that the shoes im looking for start with size 11 they are females
