Bad customer service

My first time having a bad experience at Mr price Randfontein. I made a layby at Mr price in October, I took my layby out in Dec. there’s a dress that I bought and when I wanted to wear it on the 25th of December I realized that it was torn I took it back to Mr price where I was assisted by a lady called Namhla I don’t know weather she is a manager there or what but the attitude I received from her was the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She shouted me infront of other customers telling me that Mr price doesn’t sell torn product, my question is how come I got a torn dress. And I had a layby slip she said they cannot assist me with a layby slip I should go and get a small slip that I got after the payment, I was so calm about this and I went back to get a slip. When I tell her that I don’t know where I put the slip she said that’s not her problem that I don’t have a slip. Today i went to her again with a small slip I got, she took it and punch it on the system and she gave it back to me she said the slip it’s not going through and she gave me my dress back now I don’t know what I should do with a torn dress that was never worn. I’m so angry and I need my money now I no longer wanna exchange.
