Bad customer service

It was my first time shopping at the Mr Price the one inside boulders and I was horrified by the service.

I bought an item at 10 in the morning as a quick run and wanted to take advantage of the lack of queue in the morning, as I was about to pay and I was first in the line, there were a multiple of staff member at the till, I could even count at much as 7 and nobody cared to assist me.

I ask for assistance from a staff member by the name of Sne, of which she the rep**** ‘I am not a cashier’

I was appalled, I was assisted 5 minutes after. What was meant to be a quick run started to take forever.
