bad customer service

I purchased a samsung A20 at Mr Price, a day later i was called and offered insurance, i advised them i dont need it, now this phone keeps on freezing and switches itself on and off, its not even 3months old, i then called them and i was told i didn't insure it thefore they cannot help. what a wow.
