Bad customer satisfaction
I bought shoes that are defective. The right side of the shoes slips out. I report this and you saying it's not a technical issue and you've sold thousands without complaints. Just because people are not complaining or do not know how to complain does not mean all the shoes are fine. Please assist professionally.
