Bad customer experience for a new customer

Went to mr price Protea Glen mall to activate my account that was opened online. I am totally disappointed with the service and disrespect i got. The lady whom i think its a manager or supervisor said that my Identy document was tempered with and she asked how i opened my account i said it was online then she said to the other lady theres too much ***** online she must not approve my account she must do verification. Of witch the ferificstion took forever and when i asked if they have received feedback she said no after standing for long and was now assisting someone.
