Bad complaint resolution
I received my online order from Mr Price via Fastway couriers. The couriers just dropped off my parcel opened at my workplace around 22:00, they didnt even call me. My clothes are dirty from dust seems as if they fell. I contacted mR price because they chose the courier. Mr price's response was for me to return the items. I live hours away from the nearest store when will I get time to go refund and return when the sole purpose of online shopping is convienience.
