Bad client service from Mr Price

I want to report Eugene James from Mr Price (MRPG Customer Care) I sent an email to customer care asking if an item that is not available online or in my local store, could be sent from a store that does have stock to my local store. He obviously doesn't even bother to read my request. Very bad customer service.

Potchefstroom does not have stock, I know that, that is the problem from the start, so you don’t have to tell me AGAIN. I want to know if a store WITH STOCK, like Krugersdorp or ANY OTHER PLACE, can send me a pair of the shoes to the Potchefstroom store. It’s really not that difficult to understand.
