Bad client service Brits Magalies hills

Went to Mr price Magalies hills on 3 May 2022 to exchange to shirts that I bought from them on 22 April 2022 as they were too big,but I lost the slip. The cashier was very friendly but the store manager, Boitumelo was very rude and impatient, she kept on complaining and saying that because of the fact I lost the slip she has to go through all of the transactions for that specific day. I managed to exchange one shirt as she found the transaction for that shirt and she refused to exchange the other. I went to Mr Price Brits mall on that same and the exchanged the shirt for me with no trouble. They just told me that I can exchange but I can't get a refund, which I was fine because I only wanted to exchange. Mr Price magalies hills is literally two minutes away from my house and it's convenient to go to and it's sad that I have to drive all the Brits mall to get excellent client service
