Bad cellphone experience

First and foremost, it's not my first time purchasing a cellphone at Mr.price in Mitchell's Plain promenade mall. Here I purchase a cellphone at the same Mr.price for my wife.She almost had the cellphone for 10 days and it started glitching. They send it away for repairs. Exactly after one month she received the cellphone. While trying setting up the cellphone, the WiFi don't wanna connect. Even the Bluetooth don't wanna connect. Tried hard resetting the cellphone. After 4 hours of trying setting up the cellphone... No progress! Gave the cellphone back and they send it again for repairs.After my wife haven't even used the cellphone for 10 days and the cellphone went back for another repair. And yet I'm paying my instalments every month for the cellphone. Please make it make sense.

Guess what Mr.Price?.... Took my wife's cellphone back for the second repair. Came to purchase a few stuff at the same Mr.Price in Mitchell's Plain Promenade Mall. So my wife just went to the person who sold the cellphone to her. Big surprise for both... They haven't even collect the cellphone yet, after giving the cellphone back for the 2nd time for re airs, 2 and a half weeks prior being at the shop. And yet the waiting period for ur cellphone repair to come back is 21 working days. And my wife told the woman and the manager she's not interested in the cellphone anymore.PLEASE NOTE: The Hisense cellphone was less then 10 days in my wife's possession. Here it's been in for repairs once. 1 Month waiting period. . Another Month waiting period for the second repair.. Instalments being paid for the same cellphone that's being repaired for the second time. So who's to blame for the poor service of my wife's cellphone? Mr Price or the supplier Hisense? I don't think my wife... No I know my wife is gonna purchase a cellphone again at Mr.Price Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain.
