BAD call centre service!!!!
Bad bad BAD!!!! I get a simcard for my 'loyal service' only to find out that i have to pay for the airtime each month! I have also sent numerous emails requesting all additional insurance policies to be cancelled and it still has not been done..even when i call, the call gets dropped in my ear. I am so fed up!!! I want this simcard and policies cancelled!!
