Bad bad service from Mr Price

Pathetic. I placed an order about a week ago. They apparently can't pick up my order number. I avoided the long, slow moving queues in the store and used the app instead. To my surprise, the app is just as frustrating. It always froze, forcing me to close it everytime. I called them to find out what's happening with my order, they can't pick it up. Now I'm apparently getting a voucher. I'm done with Mr Price.
