Bad Bad service

Bad bad service at that store, I was at that store last week Saturday the 01 August 2020. There is no service in the floor, the sales assistants were not helpful just carrying on with their stuff on the floor. No one to assist you on the floor, one till was opened and I had to stand on the queue for more than 45 minutes... Now with this covid 19 we understand that we must stand on the queue outside before we enter the store and then when you are inside the store you will also stand on the queue hence only one cashier on the till. I went there yesterday the 06. 08.2020 to exchange some items, again i had to stand on the queue outside the store which I understand, when it was finally my time to enter the store, a security lady on the door told me that the tills to exchange items are offline and not working which was a lie... Bad Bad service I have expirienced in that store, the whole staff doesn't really care and helpful to the customers
