Bad attitude & service.

I am so disappointed with Mr price Khayelitsha mall, yesterday I was there to return my open toe double strap buckle shoe only to find out I won't be able to return them after 10 minutes of standing in a long queue. I got a very bad service with two female caishers serving customers with bad attitude. They should have told me in the first place that they won't be able to help me, with my broken shield I'm ****ed now that they've wasted my time. The shoe that didn't even last for a month instead of helping me they asked what I was waiting for all the time, obviously I was wearing the shoe but not everyday. They told me if my shoe was broken before I could wore them or the time I wore them it would be much easier for them to help me. If I knew I am not allowed to return them I was not going return them and to waste my time and their time. Your employees should learn from Woolworths and Total sports, those shops knows how to serve customers & please advise me what must I do with these shoes. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR ANOTHER ITEM. I'm so disappointed with their service.
