Bad Attitude & Rudeness

My friend & I went to do some shopping at Mr Price-Midtown Mall in Rustenburg. We do understand that it gets busy month end but it doesn't give the staff the right to speak to us the way they want to. We had to be in a Que for 1 hourr yet there wasn't any progress either. We decided to leave the store and went to Phokeng Mall because we couldn't stand the treatment. Few of the people who were on Que left the store unhappy as well. It is not for the first time such happens. I'm actually disappointment ,as we left the store....the store manager was sitting outside while the store was \closed"as it was 14:00 already. The staff at Mr Price especially the ladies have a very bad attitude even when you ask them nicely they just cant answer you without being rude."""
