BAD ATTITUDE OF AGENT!!
<p>I had ordered a parcel online and the agent who brought my delivery had caused a scene at recption being extremely rude!! The delivery was to be brought at natal bank building in durban and he called me twice within 5 minutes shouting for me to come downstairs! I told him to come to the 9th floor and he refused to do same,he said that he wasnt at fault but he ddnt need to be so rude</p> <p> </p> <p>Such bad service!</p> <p> </p>

I had lodged a complaint a few days ago regarding an incident I had with one of fastway couriers delivery at Natal bank building Durban,an MR P delivery
Today the agents manager came to see me personally to apologise! MR FAIZEL ASMAL
his humble nature and professionalism made me feel my complaint was being attended and thereafter i was happy! Thanking Faizel very much
