Bad Attitude from staff members

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the Alberton branch of Mr Price who have now made me explain to my 5 year old granddaughter as to why she has no birthday present from me. I arrived at the store at 16h00 this afternoon in order to buy her some clothes for her birthday. There were some staff members busy putting sticky tape from one isle to the other and not allowing us to go through to select some items telling me that they have stock take and that I may not remove any items from the railings. When I told her that I was only wanting a few items of clothing and she shrugged her shoulders saying \Oh well - we are doing stock take"and would NOT allow me to take anything. Wow what an attitude to have towards paying customers ... If they were wanting to conduct a stock take surely we should have NOT been allowed into the store and actually why is stock take not being conducted AFTER trading hours? Think I may just have to change to a more suitable chain store that may accommodate my request ..."""
