Bad attitude from cashier by the name of Palesa

I would like to log a formal complaint and share bad experience from MRP Sam Ntuli Mall. I went to collect my online order today the 20th and the cashier by the name of Palesa gave me attitude and referred me to the cashier next to her when I wanted her to assist me with collection and Mrp policy is that you don't stand on the queue when just collecting. She didn't even look at me instead she just pointed the cashier next to her so that I can go to her. I asked the security officer to call the manager for me, the manager (Ntuli) said cashiers are like that he always reprimand them but they don't listen to him. He also lack management skills, he didn't take my complaint serious he was just saying sorry sorry sorry , you could see that he just want me to go. His staff members are behaving like that because of him
