BAD ATTITUDE FORM BRANCH MANAGER

So my wife and son visited Somerset Mall and went into Mr Price.

She was carrying him, suddenly they fell over an iron object with a very sharp point. My son was crying so hysterically, however; not one staff member came to assist.

My wife then approached a lady an employee at the fitting room, she was told to wait in front as the employee will be fetching the manager. Approximately 10 minutes, obviously upset my wife approached another staff member to call the manager.

This lady then says the manager is not in and ask's if she can assist because she is the assistant manager. After hearing the complaint she then say's she will get the manager. My wife found this weird because she was just told that the manager was not in!

The assistant manager arrives with a blank page, the message from the manager is for my wife to write down her contact details and if she takes my son to the Dr we must let her know.

Till today, we have received no communication from this manager.

I am disgusted that the manager did not see the need to come out and apologise in person for that sharp object to be laying on the floor. To add insult to injury, my son was cut by the object and my wife got hurt while falling.

Thank you Mr Price Somerset Mall...YOU SUCK!
