Bad attitude

I went to The Boulders Mall at Midrand do some shopping at Mr price and queue. While waiting on the queue here come a light skinned guy and asked if I'm paying with cash or card. Being careful I asked why is he asking, he said " I work here, are you paying cash or card "?. I told him to at least try to be professional and introduce himself before as he doesn't have name badge and wearing casual. He reply by saying " are you paying cash or card ". Because is month end and people are taking advantages, I chose to be on a safe side and not to respond. He left, Puleng came and asked other customers until he reached me. I rep**** "card". He then said I must go to the very same guy to assist me, I told Puleng what happened and I would like him to assist me, I asked for the manager and Puleng told me manager is not working on weekends and he smiled when I ask about the boy's name, but I'm happy about Puleng because he apologized for something he didn't do while the guy is just staring at us, listening to our conversation without saying a word. Mr price should try to accommodate their employees with name badges because some people will loose their belongings by allowing staff's without uniform and name badges to assistant them. Even ******** will take advantage of that.

I'm totally not happy about how unknown guy gave me attitude while trying to show him possible sides.
