Bad attitude by staff

<p>As a frequest user of mr price queensburgh i find the staff atitude alarming.After my incident regarding returning of incorrect size of shes by my son>everytime we go into the store we are subjected to taunts by candice and mocking smiles from store manager.My son had returned a pair of shoes and was informed by candice that should he bring in the receipt he will get a full refund.we did that and was subjected to riducule and my integrity as a parent was questioned by candice.The store manager eventually told us in the presence of other customers that she does not want to be fired over R100 and took the money from her wallet and refunded us.Due to this whenever we go to mr price queensburgh we are treated very badly by the staff--no assistance;passing comments etc</p>
