Bad attitude and lack of customer service

I was at Mr price to collect a online order. I was assisted by Rushka, she looked extremely irritated and didn't even respond or look at me when I greeted and said I'm gonna need to return of a few of the items I ordered. I opened the package to return most of the items and was left with a large plastic bag (which was inside the package) and only three item so the bag was obviously too big. I then asked her to give me a smaller bag to put the items in, she blatently refused to give me a bag because I already had one (which I didn't get from the store). I told her that I've collected alot of orders at the store and I always get a plastic bag to put the package in. She still had the nerve to talk back and still refused to give me a bag until I told her i won't leave without a bag. She then asked her manager Brandon who said \just give the customer a bag". She just threw the bag at me and I had to pack the items myself. <br> <br> Firstly she was extremely rude and has no clue about customer service because any store assistant should know a customer is always right. I've never had any problems at the store. What she did is not acceptable. I didn't expect to receive such horrible service."""
