Bad Attitude and Hygiene

On the 29/04/2015 around 18:30pm, I was as the the store, as soon as I entered there was this bad odour that surfaced the entire store. This smell is always in the store and its employees seem content working in such an environment as no one has done anything about it. After my sister selected her items that she wanted to purchase, we proceeded to the till point, where there was a long queue as there was only 2 cashiers serving customers, there were extra staff around as I noticed 6 staff members walking around attempting to tidy up. furthermore, the manager of the store was busy on her PC and refused to acknowledge that the line grew and did not seem interested in getting customers get served. After a 20 minute wait to get served, we slowly approached the exit in which the security guard slowly started to open the door for us, she eventually opened it like less than half way and she expected us to crawled up the door as she refused to open it fully for us to walk through. My thoughts are what kind of mickey mouse operation are they running there? no management structures and clearly the customers are not valued. systems and structures need to implemented within the store.
