Bad Attitude and Feedback !!!

I ordered a pair of shoes online with Mr Price and they send me a pair for the same side my Right feet only tried calling n emailing finally get hold of chart support Carusha who told me with an attitude to email as she don't deal with that kind of query ,did that no luck back to Chart support then she told me Justin Doravaloo is the one who will sort it out and he only rep**** to one of my email right now I'm not sure if my query has been attended or Still pending, If you guys can't place another order JUST CANCELL IT. Worse service EVER!!!
