Bad attitude

Bad service Mr Price wonderpark cashier Tshepang,she gave me a bad service when I went to exchange..I even bought some of the items I took lip balm for R10 she didn’t even put the lip balm in my purchase when I was supposed to go out the lady at the door managed to see that the lip balm was not purchased so we went back to rectify to the counter she still gave her colleague attitude as well she said i didn’t give it to her but I saw my self putting everything that I was buying n counter…if it’s this how Tshepang treats customers it’s bad because you are going to lose sales,she’s not good for the store,I was there yesterday but I couldn’t get the treatment I got today..if she has personal problems she must leave them at home,I mean its women month to be treated like I am buying on credit!!!
