Bad attitude

Today I went to Clearwater Mr price to do a lay by and I asked Felicia if one can lay by a sale item and she said yes.After scanning all items she said you cant lay by sale which was not a problem for me.This lady has attitude and she treats customers as nothing I don't know why she's still working at the till.This is not my first time I come across her bad attitude.She didn't even say thank you or give me my receipt in my hand she threw it with an angry face Can the company start dealing with her and remove her from the till Her attitude is annoying
