Bad Attitude

I have always heard people mention that people that work at Mr Price maponya mall are quite rude and unprofessional. Well last week Friday I have experienced that bad service for myself. To be honest it was embarrassing and shocking that none of the people I came across with at that store were willing to assist and do their job. Firstly as I got in \PAT\" ( I got his name from the security at the door that he was standing with) he shouted in Zulu that \"Here are customers that don't have a life at all busy shopping on good Friday\" further on he went and decided to ignore and do my shopping. While looking for my size two items dropped from the hanger the same lady who was laughing at Pat's sarcasm came saying \"hai hai hai don't put things on the floor, so I said to her seeing that I'm struggling please help me get my size of the shorts. And she said NO I'm still busy. I don't know if that's the kind of service that Mr Price would like to be given to their customers it's so disgusting. As I was walking out the girl, Maureen said \"Here is this problem at the door that I was telling you about\". Oh and I still haven't received the receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me."
