Bad attitude

The floor manager got agro with me!<br> When I got to the till my item hade the wrong code on, How would anyone know that a code on an item is wrong! she said that it is old stock and that is why there is a problem now and said that I need to pick something ells, I do not want something ells I need that item for an event. I asked to speak to a higher level management, this lady was helpful and said that it is not my fault that this was wrongly marked. so she asked the manager to scan the item and then she will fix it on the computer, she bluntly refused and told her superior to do it her self! no1. how is it my fault that the code was wrong on the item and no 2 how can you speak like that to a customer and to a higher level management! <br> I really hope that Mr Price management will take this further <br>
