bad attitude

On the 08/03/2018 went to Mr Price at Alberto, as i was walking around the shop i steeped on the wet surface unaware that they where mopping the floor i immediately i apologized and said i did i not see it was still wet , the lady by the name of Phunla Khambi started shouting at me asking me what i was doing as she is cleaning i apologized again she kept shouting and raising her voice at me, her colleague loughted and she said its not sloughing matter , the assistant manager asked if she was talking to a customer and she said no.

it was my 1st time at the mall i did not even know shop was about to close, the hole shop was wet i just panicked and was not comfortable anymore, just took a pair of shoes and left only to realize when i get home they are damaged meaning i have to go back there again, on my way home i was fuming the way that lady spoke to me was uncalled for , are they not supposed to clean after shop is closed.
