Bad and rude manager

Hi.. I'm just one of the retail workers and also as a manager. I saw how that store manager is treating her staff. That really touched me and I've been shopping on that store for a very long time and clearly I can see nothing has been done. And I realised that most of the good staff I knew resigned and when I asked them. They told me the manager will eventually make a plan that you move out of that shop because of power. Please don't let power make other children cry. May something be done to that store because she is very rude. Most people complain about her
