Bad and Pathetick Service

<p>I paid my account on the 7th September as I was out of town. I paid it the Friday and when I got my statement it showed I was a month in arrears. I phoned the lady and she told me that the payment did not show on the 8th September when the statement was done. That is not my problem, I paid my account and it immediately showed on my slip so the story that it was too late to show on the statement is "BS" .On my credit report it shows that I’m in arrears on my account and I want that to be fixed. How you do it I don’t care but I want that sorted out or I will take this further!</p> <p> </p>
