Bad and appalling customer service

Went to the N1 City branch this morning. Underwear was on XL hanger but garments were SS. The lady that came to assit me asked me when i pointed this out " so? " she then walked away and spoke in her language with her colleagues ( im very certain only english is the main language allowed infornt of customers ) I asked for a manager, the pregnant assistant manager came just said she will speak to the staff. Not even asking if she can assist me or anything. I ended up leaving nit purchsing anything due to the unacceptable customer service
