Bad account management

<p>My wife has had an Mr Price account for many years and yes we did have a few bad months of payments paying a bit less than was due but payment was made as well as going through to hEAD OFFICE ACCOUNTS making arrangements which she dilingently kept up with Now she has a ZERO balnce after paying the corrct amounts monthly they have CLOSED the account and this AFTER MAKING THE ARRANGEMENTS AND KEPING ALL PAYMENTS TO DATE. We have all reciepts as from March last year .</p> <p>Now she has to make a new application for a account and I CAN BET YOU IT WILL BE DECLINED so why do they allow clients to make arrangements and the do be kept only to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.</p>
